Gifted & Talented Education

At --------- Primary School we have a commitment to meeting the needs of Gifted & Talented learners. Students who are highly, exceptionally or profoundly gifted and whose needs are not as easily met within the classroom may require provision in other programmes.

In Years 0-0, these students may meet each week to focus on higher order thinking skills and problem solving activities. In Years 0-0, students may participate in the Future Problem Solving programme, where they work in teams to learn and apply a six-step problem solving process to consider the challenges and issues contained within complex social and scientific problems to be faced in the future.
